Return Policy of Alternative
Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the provided shipping label and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you can choose to be reimbursed in the following ways:
- Refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 days upon approval (Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.);
- Replacement of the purchased product by the same product or different product in the same value;
- Gift card issued to your name in the same value as your initial purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.

Online purchases of customers enrolled in any of our membership plans and monthly or yearly subscription plans at the time of purchase can be returned within 90 days of receipt of products. Apart from our regular return policy, customers enrolled in any of our membership plans and monthly or yearly subscription plans receive additional 90-day lure insurance. Under our Lure insurance, the customers are entitled to the replacement of up to 4 lures per calendar year that have been lost in any way while fishing, and that have been purchased within this 90 day period.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included in your refund.
To receive a full refund, replacement, or a gift card, you must also return the free gift. If you don’t do this, the amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.
We made it super easy to return products purchased through our website. Here's the process:
- Fill out our contact form located on the "Contact Us" page. Please be sure to note the order number of your purchase, the item you are returning, and the reason why are you returning the product.
- Wait for the reply of one of our representatives. We reply to all customer messages within 48 hours. The reply will contain the information on the return address and the best method to return purchased products.
- Box up your return and send it by ground freight to the provided address. We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite returns claims.
Please Note: Return shipping is not pre-paid. For customers enrolled in any of our membership plans and monthly or yearly subscription plans we'll process a pre-paid return label for all the returns.
