We, at Alternative, value the relationship with all our customers and take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Therefore, we warrant our products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us if it is still under warranty. First, you will have to fill out the contact form located under the "Contact Us" page and describe what is the issue you are facing. We recommend including information on your order number and related purchased item. Then, you must ship the purchased product back to us in a box or padded envelope to prevent the loss of the product in the mail.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number, as we will not be able to confirm receipt of your returned product. You will be responsible for any damage or missing shipments during the return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process walk-in claims. All warranty claims must be submitted via mail.
